Dr. Bonilla-Silva is trained in class analysis, political sociology, and sociology of development (globalization) and for the last 20 years he has worked in the area of race. He is the author of numerous books which includes; Racism without Racists: Color Blind Racism and The Persistence of Racial Inequality in American.
