The Society of Data Analytics Engineers at Volgenau School of Engineering (DAEN Society) invites you to join us to celebrate our establishment as an officially recognized organization of GMU and to learn about our mission and objectives for our organization.

Enjoy food and drink while you network with our members who are professionals from a variety of industries and disciplines such as Defense & Space, Medical Research, Life Sciences and Genetic Research, Commercial and Start-up, Government, Education, and Academia and Research.

· Networking and Food & Drink

· Overview of the DAEN Society and the Masters of Science, Data Analytics Engineering program

· Present details of the Spring 2017 DAEN Society leadership elections process with Q&A session.

· Panel discussion with DAEN candidates and alumni to discuss their experience in the program from their own unique perspective. The panel discussion will be moderated by our advisor, Dr. Hemant Purohit (http://ist.gmu.edu/~hpurohit) and should prove to be very interesting with audience participation as well.

This limited-seating event will be advertised outside of GMU to invite those who may be interested in recruiting for data analytics talent or joining the program. Pre-registration is highly recommended.
