Scholarship recipients thank donor during a special luncheon in honor of his family's generous contribution


On Tuesday, November 29, Mason Study Abroad welcomed John Jacquemin, member of the Board of Visitors at George Mason University, and his wife, Tracie, at a special luncheon with the first recipients of the Jacquemin Family Foundation Education Abroad Scholarship. After opening remarks by Visitor Jacquemin, Gbemi Disu and Dr. Solon Simmons, six scholarship recipients gave short presentations, outlining the academic, professional, and personal benefits of their experience abroad.
