Below you will find the days and times the Graduate Academic Affairs office will have open office hours for signatures.  Students do not need to schedule an appointment but can come to Mason Hall, room D217 and obtain the dean’s signature.

 

The student must obtain all committee and department signatures before the dean will sign and all signatures must be in black ink.

 

The open office hours are as follows:

 

April 8^th,  10:30 – 11:30, 3:00 – 4:00

April 11^th, 10:30 – 11:30 , 2:00 – 3:00

April 13^th, 1:00 – 2:00

April 15^th, 10:00 – 11:30

April 18^th, 10:00 – 11:00, 2:00 – 3:00

April 19^th, 1:30 – 2:30

April 20^th 10:00 – 11:00

April 21^st, 2:00 – 3:30

April 22^nd, 2:30 – 3:30

April 25^TH,  10:00 – 11:00, 2:00 – 3:00

April 26^th, 2:30 – 3:30

April 27^th, 9:30 – 10:30

 

Due to scheduling conflicts, signatures on April 28^th and 29^th will be handled on a case by case basis.
