Subject: Last Day to Add – January 26th
Please remind students that they must register for classes they are attending by
January 26th, the Last Day to Add. Faculty members are responsible for verifying that students who are attending their classes are officially enrolled. You may view and/or print your class lists via Patriot Web to verify official enrollments.
Add deadlines for courses that meet less than the full semester can be found at
http://registrar.gmu.edu/calendars/index.html. Faculty should not allow students to take exams or turn in assignments if they are not officially enrolled after the add deadline has passed.
Registrations past the add deadline require approval of the Department Chair/Director. These requests are approved only for extenuating circumstances that would warrant an exception to policy.
