Dear Statistics and Data Analysis students:

My name is Leanna and I am the president of the Mason Chapter of the American Statistical Association. I have been working closely with Dr. Strazzeri, Mr. Russell and the E-board in the creating of this student chapter.
The George Mason Chapter of the American Statistical Association (ASA). invites you to our general body meeting on Thursday, Nov. 5th at 6:00 pm in ENGR 1602.

Marian Strazzeri, a Statistician at the Food and Drug Administration, will be our guest speaker. She will be discussing her experience in graduate school in Statistics, her pathway to becoming a Statistician and her current work at the FDA. There will also be a Q&A afterwords. 

This is a great professional networking opportunity. This will also be a great way to learn more about the field of Statistics.
