The Center for Teaching and Faculty Excellence (CTFE) is currently accepting nominations for the 2016 George Mason University Teaching Excellence Awards. We encourage you to take this opportunity to recognize teaching excellence at Mason and nominate a faculty member for this university honor. Teaching Excellence Awards are open to all faculty members across the institution with at least 3 years of Mason teaching experience. Two of our Teaching Excellence Awards are specifically targeted around excellence in Technology-Enhanced Teaching and teaching General Education courses. The deadline for nominations is Tuesday, October 13th. DEED offers four types of scholarships: Educational, Student Internship, Student Research Grant, and Technical Design Project. How To Apply: To obtain login credentials for the application website, fill out the request for credentials form. A DEED administrator will respond to you via email. Login credentials will be issued up to 7 days before the application deadline. Eligibility: Applicants must be full-time students attending school at an accredited college/university or vocational institution within the US and must not be graduating within 12 months of the application deadline.
