The Center for Global Education would to like announce a new program proposal process.

Starting in fall 2015, all current and future Mason faculty who wish to lead a short-term academic study abroad program through CGE will be required to submit either a Request for Program Renewal or a New Study Abroad Program Proposal.  Winter short-term programs run for approximately two weeks in early January and offer three credits. Summer short-term programs run for approximately four weeks in the summer and offer six credits.

  • New Study Abroad Program Proposal:
Mason faculty who wish to offer a new short-term program through CGE should submit this form, even if they have previously worked with CGE on another program.
  • Request for Program Renewal
Mason faculty and/or staff who have previously worked with CGE on a short-term program should submit this form to CGE if they wish to repeat that program in the upcoming academic year.
