An established general contracting firm in Northern Virginia has been undergoing significant growth and is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager with a willingness to learn to join their team.
Assistant Project Manager responsibilities:
The Assistant Project Manager's role is to assist the PM and plan, execute, and finalize projects (renovations, retrofits, interiors within commercial, retail and office spaces) according to the deadline while keeping within budget. This includes coordinating all team members as well as any third-party contractors in order to complete projects according to plan. The Assistant Project Manager is also responsible for defining the project's objectives and overseeing quality control of the project.
