Ph.D. students:

If you entered our Ph.D. program with an M.S. degree and you have not already done so, it is necessary for you to fill out your Reduction of Credit form by the end of your second semester.

You may reduce up to 24 credits using this form. Specify each course as being an "elective" for requirement met. 

If you took more courses beyond your M.S., then you will also need to fill out the Graduate Transfer of Credit form (up to 11 credits may be transferred in):
