PR in Vienna and Munich
Explore the field of Public Relations in Vienna and Munich with a month long 6-credit course! This program begins in Vienna, Austria and moves to Munich, Germany for the final 2 weeks. Students will be taught
seminar style and touch on topics such as intercultural communication, global public relations and public relations in Austria and Germany.

Vietnam and Myanmar
This summer study abroad program offers students a first hand look at two countries that have emerged from prolonged periods of conflict - Vietnam, roiled by decades of war with France, the US and China
and Myanmar (Burma), where many ethnic groups experienced oppression under the country’s long-ruling military leaders. Now, Vietnam is a country of growing prosperity and Myanmar held its first free elections in 2011.

Florence Semester
Led by George Mason University Professor Cathy Wright, the spring 2015 semester study abroad program will offer 9-12 credits of COMM (in addition to the many other course
offerings)! It is open to any undergraduate student who has earned at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA & acquired 45 credit hours (sophomore, junior or senior standing) by January 2015, including non-Mason undergraduate students.
