Subject: Former Mason Associate Dean Passes Away

Hello everyone:

It's with sadness that I send each of you this email. Earlier today I learned from Kevin Clark that Dr. E. Bernard White, former Associate Dean for Undergraduate Students for the Volgenau School, passed away on Friday September 20th, 2013 from cancer. Dr. White retired from Mason in May of 2011.  

Burial will be in Memphis, Tennessee. A memorial service is being planned for Dr. White on October 5th, 2013 at St. Stephens United Methodist Church in Burke, VA. I will pass on details once they are complete, or you may contact the following individual:
