Actually i want to use JUNG for algorithmic part of my simulation.

I may or may not still have my old code around that used JUNG for a few things... I'm not even sure if JUNG is the best thing to use anymore (is it even still being upgraded?) Now there's JGraphT and a few others.

Another alternative would be to install Jython and then integrate that and the NetworkX library into your MASON code. It all really depends on what you're using JUNG for... the visualization? The algorithms? The representation?

I'm not aware of any (done this about a year ago when I was searching for a simple one), but probably someone has a more complex one on the shelf.

Thank you very much Richard, Is there any more complex sample available?

Hi,
I need to work with mason and jung in my research (diffusion simulation), unfortunately the sample project which was provided in website was outdated and did not compile. Is there any up to date sample project for this purpose?

Regards.
