Spend three weeks this summer at Oxford University.

For the sixth straight year, students will be able to participate in an intensive 3 week summer school focusing on English literature or History, Politics, and Society.  The program is held at Exeter College, which was founded in 1314, and is one of the oldest and most prestigious of the Oxford colleges.  Upon successful completion of the program, both graduate and undergraduate students will receive six GMU credits in either English, History, Government, Sociology, or Global Affairs.  Application deadline is February 15, and spaces are filling up quickly, so apply soon.

A fast approaching deadline (February 8) is the application for the new Oxford Academic Year Experience .  The Oxford Academic Year experience allows you to fully immerse yourself at Oxford as a visiting student.   There are also some upcoming opportunities to learn about the Oxford Honors Program prior to its application deadline of February 25.

Other short term programs include the Irish Studies program at the National University of Ireland, Galway and the summer school program at King’s College, London.  Application deadline for these programs is March 8.
