You are invited to attend the inaugural Society for History in the
Federal Government's (SHFG) Federal Records Workshop at the Boeing
Learning Center at National Archives downtown on February 1.

The daylong program will introduce graduate and advanced undergraduate
students to using the rich and voluminous federal records at National
Archives. Historians and archivists will discuss the research process
and strategies for accessing legislative, executive, and judicial
records. See the attached flyer for more information.

Seating is limited and the workshop is filling up. In addition to
completing the attached form, students who plan to attend or are
interested should *contact Matt Wasniewski directly at

is attached.

A reception will follow the workshop at DC Chop House (509 7th
Street, NW), where students will get to meet with SHFG members.
