Will you please forward our invitation to the faculty, staff, and students of the COS to join the Department of Geography and Geoinformation Science in celebrating GIS Day. Doors open at 10:00, formal presentations (Keynotes: SAIC COO, NGA Division Director) begin at 11:00, a complimentary lunch buffet starts at 12:15. The day also includes a panel discussion "Current and Emerging GeoInt Challenges starting at 1:30 as well as a student research poster competition (posters on display all day) with these presentations beginning at 2:00.
