ABSTRACT: This dissertation describes the exploratory research to determine factors influencing donor intention to return during pandemic influenza. In the process of researching and writing this dissertation, the author conducted a literature search and analysis of extant data from the American Red Cross, including survey results and historical donations, and the CDC. This dissertation is slated to be a planning resource and reference for blood donations during pandemic influenza. ###
