A great way for those minoring in business to fulfill MSOM305 credit, this program begins with four weeks of Chinese language study for six credits followed by two weeks of business study for three credits in Beijing, where students will explore the intersection of management, finance, and culture in China with site visits to
numerous Chinese and multi-national organizations. Dr. Yan Ling, Associate Professor in George Mason Universityís School of Management, will lead the business portion of the
study program in China. She is excited to return to her native China, where she received her
undergraduate degree from Central University of Finance & Economics.

Environmental Restoration and Sustainable Development in Senegal NEW Led by professor Kwame Boakye-Agyei from Masonís Environmental Science and Public Policy department, this programís participants will engage in grassroots community development in Senegalís Ecovillage system by integrating principals of sustainability with cultural, economical, social, and environmental planning. Together, the student and faculty on this program create a learning community where remarkable educational environments facilitate real transformative intellectual and personal development.
