Dear Master's students,
A reminder that if you plan to register for Thesis (BIOL 799) or Project 
(BIOL 798) credits in the summer or fall 2012 term for the first time, you will need to send me a 
signed *Committee Formation form* naming your 3 faculty who will serve on 
your committee, and then a signed *Proposal Approval form* along with a 
copy of the proposal once your committee approves it. Use the "Proposal" 
rubric found on the MMB website noted below for this. Consult with your faculty advisor for suggestions.

*If you plan on Summer registration, the forms will need to be in my office by May 4.
For Fall registration, the forms will be due no later than July 27.

Don't wait until the last minute --  schedule ahead with your committee members!  If you have questions
about who is able to serve on a thesis committee just send me an email, or stop by my office.
