As you know, HIST-804 is the capstone course for the minor field. Although you will get a grade for HIST-804, to complete the minor field you must also take (and pass) an examination during the exam period at the end of the semester.

You will receive your examination via email on Monday 12 December. You will have one week to complete the exam, which should be returned via email no later than Monday 19 December at 5:00 p.m. (These specific instructions will be reiterated in the email that you receive with your exam.)

For these exams, students typically choose two questions on which to write; the two essays should total no more than 20 pages (double-spaced, normal font). If you have questions about the specific format of your exam, please contact the faculty member with whom you worked this semester.

Cindy

Cynthia A.
