The Globalization and India (GSI) Working Group invite you to a lecture by Dr. D. Jeevan Kumar and Ms. Melanie P. Kumar titled "Non-Violent Resistance Today - Issues, Strategies and Challenges"

It will be held on Thursday, April 14th, 2011 at 12:00 noon at Mason Hall, Edwin Meese Conference Room III. Lunch will be served.

Click here for additional details: http://cgs.gmu.edu/events/nonviolenceGSI2011.htm

Please consider attending and also encouraging your students to attend. In light of the "non-violent revolution" in Egypt, this talk will be particularly interesting to students as the Kumar's unpack the different kinds of non-violent resistances.

Will look forward to seeing a few familiar faces.
Regards,
Tara
