See attached .patch file, based on a diff to MASON rev 388, which contains
the following recommended changes:

* Reflected Utilities move to sim.util.gui.
* Reflected WordWrap move to sim.util.gui.
* sim.util.gui.Utilities.iRound() needs to stay public because
sim.app.pacman.Agent.changeLocation() calls it.
