Dear Students, Below is information on some available scholarships in the science/math/engineering/environmental studies fields. ************ THE BARRY GOLDWATER SCHOLARSHIP The Goldwater offers an award of up to $7,500 of undergraduate education costs (for one or two years) to sophomores and juniors interested in an academic or research career in Science, Technology, Math, or Engineering. Last year, Philip Naudus become Mason’s first Goldwater Scholar and a few Mason students have been named Honorable Mention. You must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or national. The Foundation sponsors two programs-- one for those interested in Environmental Studies and a second for those who have membership in Native American groups and are interested in Native American issues.
