MS ELEN/MS CPE Students: If you plan on graduating in the Summer 2009 semester, please remember that you have until noon on July 31st to present and submit your scholarly paper approval to the ECE Department. If you're completing a thesis you have until 5PM that afternoon to submit your final signed copies to the University Library. Please give yourself enough time to retrieve all of the necessary signatures. Since the ECE Department requires two weeks notice to schedule and announce your presentation date, then July 17th is your deadline to schedule the room and submit the abstract/announcement to me. Please confirm a date with your academic advisors, reserve a conference room, and submit your abstract/announcement to me as soon as possible! Two copies of your paper are due to the ECE Department by noon on July 31st. If you have not completed your seminar requirement, please do so immediately and submit your completed form to Jessica before noon on July 31st.
