Interesting. I do something like a restart in ECJ.
I have an outer loop of ECJ, and the evaluation of individuals consist of
another run of ECJ.
When I find an ideal individual, I don't restart ECJ, but I repopulate the
subpopulations. I don't reset the generations or something like that.
