Hello, DAEN Students!  

If you intend to register for the capstone course, DAEN 690, in Spring 2023, please fill out this enrollment survey in order to get permission to register once the enrollment period begins in November. The deadline to submit this form is October 15^th, 2022 but the sooner you submit it the better. You will not be able to register for the capstone course unless you submit this form.

Please Read Before Submitting the Form:

• DAEN 690 should be taken in your final term of study due to the rigor of the project coursework. If we receive more requests to enroll than we have available seats, preference will be given to students graduating in Spring 2023.
• If you have issues with the survey, or need to make a change to your selections, please email [log in to unmask] for support.
• Students that meet the prerequisite requirements for DAEN 690 will be contacted before registration begins, provided a departmental override, and will be able to register for the course for the requested term. Please be aware this approval will not be immediate, and will likely come in late October.
• If you are not sure if you should be registering for the capstone in the Spring 2023 term, please schedule an advising appointment here or email your academic advisor at [log in to unmask].
