We are announcing the release of ECJ 27.  This version has a number of improvements:

	- Combinatorial optimization package, including ACO and GRASP
	- Lexicase
	- Enhanced parameter database macro facilities
	- Some limited Java modernization
	- More unit test coverage
	- Assorted bugfixes
