Hi,

As everyone has heard in previous email communications (and from me 
personally), the University is being visited by NSF and HHS auditors 
from their respective OIG Offices in April.  We expect that they will 
set up base camp in OSP in a conference room and will work from there 
first.  We also expect that they may want to speak with Faculty directly 
regarding salary effort charged to federal research grants.

Please come to a short meeting on Tuesday, April 9th at 3:30 pm in the 
Dean's conference room so that we can talk about this upcoming audit and 
address any of your concerns and questions. 

Also, if you would like Mindy and I can come and speak with you 
individually. 

Please respond if you are able to come to this meeting or would like to 
meet individually.
