Hi Everyone,

As part of a pilot group, our School needs to have our Faculty and GRA 
summer payment processings in a new format
for Human Resources by May 1.  Because of this I am asking everyone to 
take a moment out of their busy Spring term to email
us, as soon as possible, how you would like to have your summer effort 
(and your students) paid from your Research
grants.  We recognize that for some people this info is not available as 
early as we are asking, and that does not mean the
summer effort will not be processed.

Remember that the period for summer research runs from 5/25/13 through 
8/24/13.
