This year's featured speaker for the annual Sojourner Truth lecture is 
the Honorable Helen Shores Lee, and the title of her talk is: "Journey 
to Equality: Reflections of Growing Up in Birmingham during the Civil 
Rights Movement."

There will be a book-signing to follow her talk.

AAAS and Women and Gender Studies are the cosponsors.
