NetLogo isn't just an interpreter. It's largely a library. Libraries present all sorts of, erm, problematic issues with regard to the GPL. I'd have imagined you'd release it under a modified license (like, I dunno, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GPL_linking_exception). So anyway, watch out there! Good luck with the release.
