Dear PhD student

This is a reminder to students who might be eligible for reduction in the number of credits for the PhD degree -- due to a relevant Masters degree:

Please apply within your first year in the program.

If you are already in your second year (or later) and still haven't applied then you should do it in this semester.

Please contact me for the appropriate form and the required documentation. If you already applied for the reduction and you still cannot see it reflected in your Patriot Web, please resend your request for transfer and we'll re-process it.

All applications will be reviewed Prof. Motro, the PhD Program Director.
