Hello Everyone,

I would like to thank Zayna Bizri, Lynne Price, Steve Harris-Scott, Sasha Boni, Gretchen Burgess, Nona Martin, Dan Ludington, Greg Palumbo, Elizabeth Grisham, and Misha Griffiith for working today's History Society Bake Sale to assist Jenny Reeder. Despite the cold and rainy conditions, the fundraiser far exceeded expectations, raising $945 in six hours to help Jenny with her ongoing medical bills.

Thank you to all who contributed delicious baked goods, spread the word to friends, students, or associates, and to those who made cash donations. This has been an overwhelming success, so much so, that plans are in the works to conduct a similar fundraiser at the end of the month. The generosity exhibited today by the Mason community-undergrads, faculty, staff, and grad students- was truly heartwarming. Thanks again to everyone who lent a hand.

Best,
Royce
