IEEE CEC 2011 will take place from June 5 through 8 in New Orleans.

Early registration is available through April 15.  Along with the full

and student registrations which gain entry to all tutorials, all

workshops and all technical sessions (plus a banquet with reception, a

dinner cruise with entertainment, three lunches and multiple breaks)

there is a tutorial only registration rate.   IEEE CEC 2011 will be an

outstanding technical event in one of the world's most celebrated
