I've added the Rule package, coevolution, and parallel methods (island  
models, distributed evaluation, etc.).  Almost 200 pages now.  :-(

Still to come: differential evolution, multiobjective optimization,  
PSO (maybe), spatially embedded EAs, and a few utility techniques.   
And tutorials.  And mention of which applications illustrate what.
