I work for ICF International's Cybersecurity Solutions team and we are trying to fill a position vacancy.  No security clearance is required, but we're looking for someone with 2-5 years of cybersecurity experience.  I've included the specific position description and requirements below. Job Description:
ICF International is currently seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst for our Technology and Management Solutions Group.  The Cybersecurity Practice helps public and private sector clients proactively comply with regulatory requirements as well as effectively secure and monitor systems and data to enhance cyber security controls and program maturity. The Senior Information Security Analyst will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment; possess client-facing professional services experience, demonstrate a broad range of cyber security, assessment, and Sarbanes Oxley IT compliance skills. 


Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Information Security Analyst responsibilities include planning the day-to-day activities of cyber security assessment and remediation engagements for a variety of energy sector clients. Strong leadership abilities required to lead portions of engagements under the supervision of the engagement manager. Demonstrated experience and strong track record leading current state IT assessments through interviews, data analysis, and the documentation of findings required. This individual will also support the definition of target state IT processes and technology based on leading industry frameworks. Security management consulting services involve testing cyber security controls, defining remediation and project plans, and policy and procedure development. Additional tasks may include proposal support, technical white papers, briefings, research, and hands on training and mentoring junior level resources as required.
 
Basic Qualifications: 
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems 
CISA, CISM, or CISSP or willingness to obtain designation within one year 
3+ years of client facing consulting experience required 
Experience verifying control design and effectiveness and knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley IT controls 
Fluency in logical and physical access controls, patch management, incident reporting, and configuration management, etc 
Knowledge of business continuity, recovery planning, and information protection 
Fluency with ISACA best practices, ISO 27000 series, and commercial cyber security standards as well as NIST cyber security publications 
Experience verifying control design and effectiveness and knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley IT controls 
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% 

Professional Skills:
Prior experience interacting with senior-level managers including participating in entrance and exit conferences and preparing findings and recommendations 
Ability to prepare deliverables at the publication quality level in order to communicate findings and recommendations to the client's senior management 
Ability to identify innovative solutions to challenging problems 
Highly motivated; ability to work independently, within a team environment, or as a team leader 
Superior verbal, written communication, and presentation skills 
Solid Microsoft Office Suite experience 
Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio desirable
