BIS 491 Senior Capstone Presentations
When: Tuesday, May 12, 2009 from 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Where: Student Union II, Rooms 1, 2, 5, 6, VIP 1 and VIP 2
Students should arrive to their assigned rooms NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM.
There will be a small reception afterwards with appetizers, drinks, and
plenty of conversation. All guests are welcome and we hope to see you
there!

BIS Convocation 2009 (CHSS Undergraduate Ceremony)
When: May 15, 2009, 11:00 AM (arrive by 10:00 AM for line-up)
Where: Patriot Center
At these events graduates receive individual recognition: their names are
announced as they walk across the stage, and they are congratulated
personally by the dean and department chair. The moment is captured by a
professional photographer.

BIS Convocation Reception
When: May 15, 2009 (approx. 1:30 PM)
Where: Mason Hall, Room D3
This event for BIS graduates and their guests will be held in Mason Hall
(across from the Patriot Center, facing the pond) directly following the
conclusion of the Convocation ceremony at approximately 1:30pm.

University-wide Commencement 2009
May 16, 2009, 10:00 AM, Patriot Center
Graduates are requested to arrive at the North Plaza, near the George
Mason statue, for assembly promptly at 9:00 a.m. on May 16th. Patriot
Center doors open for guests at 9:00 a.m. The ceremony begins at 10:00
a.m. and lasts approximately two hours.
