April 15, Wednesday 6 - 9 p.m. SUB I, Room 348 (Career Library)

Want to learn more about working for the CIA? Find out what geospatial
analysts do by joining us for a simulation of a national security crisis
in which you'll play the role of an analyst for the evening.

Intelligence analysts and analytic methodologists at the CIA gather
information from a variety of sources and draw on their own personal
expertise and that of their cohorts. You and your teammates will be
charged with analyzing an emerging problem that demands sophisticated
geospatial methods. Your team must quickly evaluate the situation and
advise the President on possible outcomes and a course of action.

Please note: In order to participate, you must be a U.S. citizen, have a
cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above and have taken at least an introductory
course in Geography or GIS. Only 30 spots are available. Register today!

Majors: Geography, GIS, Cartography, Earth Science, Conservation or related
