Dear PhD Students,

Celia James is a newly admitted PhD student.  She has traveled to the 
Fairfax campus from Columbia, SC. 

Would any of you or a group of you be able to meet with her this week?  
She is in town today and wishes to meet with any of you.  She is 
interested in American History as a proposed PhD Program.  I have cc'd 
her on this email.  Please email her if you are willing to meet with
