After discovering a few bugs tickled by Bradford yesterday, I went in
tonight and ripped out a lot of gunk in the Vector package, greatly
simplifying it internally but, I have no doubt, breaking something.
It compiles fine but I have not tested it at all. I'm wondering if
anyone who uses the vector package a lot could test it for me,
specifically:

	- global min/max
	- per-segment min/max
	- per-gen min/max
	- standard deviation mutation

If so, let me know and I'll throw it at you. I fear sticking it on
CVS for now untested.

Sean
