Dear all,

Please join me in congratulating Gabriel Lewis, a student in the  
combined BS/MS in Systems Engineering program, who was awarded the  
2012 INCOSE/Johns Hopkins University / Applied Physics Laboratory  
Alexander Kossiakoff Scholarship Award. This is the third year that  
the award has been in place. The 2011 award was won by Colin Mullery,  
also a student in Mason's BS/MS SE program.

The SEOR department is also to be congratulated for two consecutive  
years of success.
