Please see the DHS CINA RFP at the site below. CINA is the Mason-run DHS Center of Excellence for Criminal Investigations and Network Analysis. I am on the science committee for the center and am happy to discuss and answer any questions about the RFP, the center, your ideas, etc. First deadline is a 5-page whitepaper due April 12, and awards are expected to be in place for Fall 2019. Funding profile ranges from $50k over 6 months to $400k over 24 months.
