Thanksgiving as an American tradition has a rich and varied history. And while much of what actually happened in the Winter of 1621 has been turned into myth, the core concept of coming together to share a meal, conversation, and laughter has always rung true.

Join us for a gathering on Monday, November 21 from 1PM – 3PM for the 4th ANNUAL CEC THANKSGIVING CELEBRATION OF DIVERSITY.

Kindest regards,

Christopher Carr, Ed.D.

*At the place George Mason University occupies, we give greetings and thanksgiving to the Doeg ancestors, the enslaved and rightfully freed African Americans, and the recognized Virginia tribes who lovingly stewarded these lands past, present, and future.
