The outbound access route for the call server that provides phone service to
some buildings on the Fairfax campus is currently unavailable.  Phone calls
are unable to connect with any phone outside of this call server.  These
buildings are:

Northern Neck
Parking Services
Police & Safety
RAC
Rivana Module

University Hall
