Hi,
Last summers’ project to consolidate the student email system with the main campus system allowed students to use Microsoft Teams and to have Teams groups that include both students and faculty. Many campus faculty have started using Teams for their classes supporting online class sessions, resource sharing, or group work, as well as other uses.
ITS is implementing a management system that should simplify the use of Teams for academic work. They are scheduling online focus group discussions to learn how faculty are using or would like to use Teams in their classes and how the process of setting up those functions could be automated or simplified.
Please contact me if you would be willing to participate in one of those discussions.
Jonathan
