Good Morning Everyone,

Once again we are preparing for Convocation and Commencement.  Dean Ball would like to see a marshal escorting each of the majors that your department graduates for our Volgenau School Convocation on May 14th at 2pm. We also need marshals for the University Commencement on May  16th at 10:00 am. Both events will be held in the Patriot Center.

The Provost is willing to pay for the rental of regalia for all marshals.  You can place your order through the university bookstore.  Orders would need to be placed before March 31st to avoid a late fee.  There will be a Commencement Fair in Dewberry Hall on March 3, 4, and 5 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.  You can also place your order for regalia at that time.

In order to be included in the program for Commencement and Convocation you will need to let me know your intention to marshal by March 20th .
