Many thanks to everyone who registered for Professor Eliot Cohen's talk on Thursday evening. The event is now completely full! As a reminder: Professor Cohen will discuss his new book, The Big Stick: The Limits of Soft Power and the Necessity of Military Force from 7:00 - 8:00 pm on Thursday, February 8th in Hazel Hall, Room 121 (Arlington Campus).

Registration is also now open for our spring crisis simulation! Based on an East China Sea scenario, this simulation will run from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm in Founders Hall (Arlington campus). Space is extremely limited (and only open to Mason students). To learn more, click here<http://csps.gmu.edu/events/crisis-simulations/>. To RSVP click here<http://csps.gmu.edu/events/>.

Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions and I hope to see you on Thursday!

Best,

Mike
