Dear students:

This message is to inform you that I will be on vacation from July 
25-Aug 5.

For those of you registering for 998 or 999, please do not forget to 
submit the progress report form to my attention to obtain the CRN to 
register for the Fall 2011 semester. I understand at this point in the 
summer it may be difficult to reach your committee chair. Hopefully it 
will get easier as we get closer to the start of the semester. Please 
try to make every effort to meet with him/her in person to discuss your 
progress, the feedback you gain from your chair is critical for you to 
continue moving forward.

Feel free to contact me this week if you have questions or concerns. I 
hope you all are enjoying your summer.
