Hello PhD IT Students,

If you plan on taking your Qualifying Exams in August, please send your request form to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> by June 30.

If you sat for the Qualifying Exams in January and did not pass all the exams, you must sign up in August and take the number of exams you failed.

Please choose the appropriate form depending on your concentration. If you do not have a concentration, approval and signature from your academic advisor is required on the form before it is submitted to the Graduate Student Affairs office.
