TO: PhD in IT students who will defend their final dissertation this  
semester.

If you are finishing your dissertation  and need the signatures of  
Dean Griffiths and/or mine, please try to get the signature sheets to  
the correct office as soon as possible. For those who need Dean  
Griffiths' signature, please stop by the Dean's Suite 5100 on the 5th  
floor in the Nguyen Engineering Building. I will be out of the office  
on April 29th and April 30th. For those who need my signature please  
stop by the Nguyen Engineering Building Suite 2500 between  
8:30am-5:00pm. The deadline for turning in your dissertation/thesis to  
the library is April 30th by 5:00pm.
